This policy covers the information we collect when you opt in to receive WhatsApp messages from us, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your name and WhatsApp number, as you enter them.
• The exact wording of the consent you agreed to, and the date and time you agreed.
• The IP address the opt-in was submitted from.
• The messages exchanged between you and us on WhatsApp.

Why we collect it

To send you property updates and to reply to your enquiries on WhatsApp, and to be able to demonstrate that you asked to hear from us. We do not use it for anything else.

Our legal basis

Your explicit consent, given by ticking the box on the opt-in page. You can withdraw it at any time, and withdrawing costs you nothing.

How to stop receiving messages

Reply STOP to any message on WhatsApp. This is processed automatically and takes effect immediately — no reply, no confirmation step, no delay. You can also email us at the address below.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. Delivering a WhatsApp message necessarily involves WhatsApp itself, which processes it under Meta's own terms, and our data is stored with our hosting provider. Nobody else receives it.

How long we keep it

We keep your consent record for as long as you are opted in. If you opt out, we keep a record of the opt-out itself so we can prove we stopped, and so that we do not message you again by mistake.

Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law you may ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will act on it.
